Offsite training: If you cancel at least two weeks before the start date of the course, you can receive a full refund or transfer to another course at a later date. If you cancel less than two weeks before the start date of the course, you can transfer to a different course of comparable value; however, there will be no refund. Top Control Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course. In the event of course cancellation, Top Control Inc. will notify all registrants at least ten days before the start date of the course. Top Control Inc. is not responsible for any airline tickets or related scheduling expenses incurred prior to course cancellation.
